This is important, since damaging the car at all will require you to repair it at the Pay ‘n’ Spray. The game says to damage the car in order to lure out the driver, but you could just park in front of the car to make it stop. If you were quick, you should be very close to the Burger Shot, meaning you will be able to cut him off really quickly.
